Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with
This site and the Ironbridge Pub Crawl product (the "Service") are operated by Ironbridge Pub Crawl ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing access you enter into a contract with us on these terms.
2. Acceptance
By continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; commit fraud or send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, automated abuse).
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use the pub crawl features.
5. The product
The pub crawl unlock is a one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to the interactive map, route planner, check-in features and group leaderboard for the published pub crawl. We may add, remove or replace pubs in the route at any time.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including the software, route, written content, branding and trade marks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We do all we reasonably can to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Pubs may close, change hours or refuse entry at their discretion — we are not responsible for the operations of any third-party venue.
8. Payments, billing and refunds
Card payments are securely processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.("Stripe"). We do not see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Our refund window is described in our Refund Policy.
9. Drink responsibly
Visiting 18 pubs in a single session is intended as an aspirational route, not a challenge. Please drink responsibly, know your limits, and use information from drinkaware.co.uk. We are not liable for any harm caused by overconsumption of alcohol.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you under these terms is capped at the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the support email shown on our Refund Policy page.
